TRAINING 2014: 13 to 19 January

SPA: Holas!

Esta semana ya he empezado a entrenar con un objetivo y han empezado a salir semanas decentes, así que empiezo a publicarlos como el año pasado :).

La semana, hasta ayer, ha ido genial. Me he vuelto a sentir cargado, con dolor por todos los lados pero esa sensación que tanto me gusta de estar entrenando otra vez y con la motivación por las nubes por tener un challenge a la vista.
Ahí va la semana:

Monday: Running [9k] – Fasting, with a block of 6×800/2′ z3
Tuesday: Gym [50′] – Fasting + Swimming [3.200m]
Wednesday:Running[13k] z2
Thursday: Running [5k] z1 + Bike [30k] – Spinning
Friday: Swimming [3.500m] – Fasting
Saturday: Running [28k]
Sunday: Swimming [2k]
TOTAL: Sw [9k] + Bi [30k] + Ru [55k]

Lo peor fue que ayer me fastidié la rodilla y sinceramente no se cuanto tiempo me va a tener parado, intento pensar positivo y espero que se quede en un susto, pero tengo que ir con pies de plomo porque el dolor es bastante grande. Así que hielo, crema y lo más difícil…paciencia!!
Hoy he intentado nadar, pero a los 2k la rodilla me ha gritado que parase, así que voy a intentar echarle cabeza a la lesión y dejar que pasen unos días a ver si mejora.

Porque las lesiones también forman parte del show y más vale afrontarlas con una sonrisa =)

This week I have been started to train with a challenge goal and it seems that I accomplish a good volume week of practices.
Therefore, I start publishing my weekly trainings, as in the past.

The week was nice, with some easy trainings with the aim of come back to the grind and others with a volume objetive, trying to create a first base for the year. The best point is that I felt again hurt, muscle soreness and this wonderful sensation of be training motivated and facing a close challenge.

The worst part is my knee injured. Im not sure about the scope, but I hope it will be ok in the next days. So its time to be smart and to care about her, doing some cryotherapy, anti inflammatory cream and most important, patience.

Because the injured are also part of the road, lets face it with a smile =)
