TRAINING 2014: 10 to 16 February

SPA: Holas!

Esta semana comentábamos que ya empezábamos a notarnos mejor, no solo a la hora de entrenar sino también en el día a día. Esto debido, básicamente, a que ya es la 6 semana de entreno del año, que ya se va asimilando ese primer bloque de Acumulación, que estoy cuidando más lo que como, descansando más los fines de semana y, en general, más con la rutina que acostumbraba y que me encanta =)

Sigo con la pierna tocada, al parecer tengo líquido en la rodilla y el cruzado bastante irritado, el jueves nueva cita a ver si me lo sacan o si directamente cortamos la pierna. Intento no darle vueltas, pero desespera. Me apetece ponerme las zapatillas y ponerme a correr hasta que me acuerde que tengo que volver a casa. Paciencia.

Bloque centrado en la Bici y el Nado, con semana tranquila en la piscina, entreno duro que no sale como tenía planeado y primera salida con la flaca por Baviera del 2014, que solo me faltó enjabonarme para llegar a casa impoluto.

Ahí va la semana:

Monday: Bike [30′]
Tuesday: Bike [45′] + Swimming [3.200m]
Wednesday: Gym [70′] strength + [20′] Elíptica
Thursday: Bike [2h20′] – Spinning
Friday: Swimming [2.200m] – Fasting – Drills
Saturday: Bike [50k] road
Sunday: Swimming [4.000m]+Bike [20k] urban
TOTAL: Sw [9,4k] + Bi [180k] + Ru [20’Elíptica] + Gym [90′]

ENG: Hi!

This week we were talking about our current sensations, getting used to train everyday and most of the days both sessions, and how that is affecting positively to the rest of the variables (job, energy, happiness…).
After 6 weeks of training and a good base of Volume, were we focused more in the time and technic and less in intensity, it seems that our body starts to react and the general feeling is better than last weeks.

On the other hand, my knee is still injured. On Wednesday I was in the hospital for a Magnetic Resonance Imaging checking, and it seems Ive liquid inside and the cross ligaments highly irritated. Ive an appointment this week with the doctor to define an action plan.
It is quite frustrating, more when you talk with your mates and they told you about the good (or bad, I don’t mind) sensations in the run practice. Patiente.

The focus of the week was again pool and bike, going outside to ride yesterday, for the first time in 2014 around Bayern. Such a storm over me, arriving home totally wet and frozen. But was nice to take contact with the asphalt again =)
In the pool, we did a great training on Friday, only with drills to improve our technic.
