TRAINING 2014: 17 to 23 February

SPA: Holas!

Semana de entrenos completada, sin tirada larga de bici pero sumando ya algún kilómetro a pié, eso si, aún con molestias. Voy a ir metiendo volumen poco a poco y mientras me moleste solo después de la carrera, lo iré aguantando.
Aparentemente está mejor y puedo ir sumando kilómetros poco a poco, pero la verdad es que después de los 11k del Sábado me resentí bastante. Veremos las siguientes semanas.1379560_10152230783758571_235401643_n

Como novedad, el martes metimos la piscina Hanna StockBauer de 50m de Erlangen, una de mis preferidas, y la intención es ir pisándola un día a la semana, para cambiar de la de 25m y además estar más motivados.
El entreno en una piscina así es más duro, los tiempos son peores, pero solo puede servir para mejorar.
Además, los viernes estamos centrándonos en la técnica, invirtiendo tiempo en pulir esta parte en vez de sumar tanto, cómo dije en un post de hace unos días.
He de decir que estaba el club de Erlangen entrenando, serían niñas de unos 15-16 años y nos pasaban como flechas. Es impresionante como nadan, que gusto!!

Ahí va el resumen de la semana:

Monday: Bike [30′] + Stretching [15′]
Tuesday: Bike [15′] + Run [30′] + Swim [3.300m]
Wednesday: Gym [60′] strength
Thursday: Run [30′] + Core [25′] + Bike [2h20′] – Spinning
Friday: Swim [2.000m] – Fasting – Drills
Saturday: Run [11k]
Sunday: Swim [3.500m]+Bike [35k] urban
TOTAL: Sw [9k] + Bi [130k] + Ru [23k] + Gym [90′]

ENG: Hi!

Week done and as usual the summary on Sunday night.
This week I missed the long ride with the bike, but was nice to practice some running again.
The knee is apparently better, but the fact is that it hurts after the running. Anyway, Im going to start practicing this discipline step by step and crossing fingers to get better everyday.

As newness, on tuesday we went to Hanna StockBauer pool of Erlangen. This facility have a 50m inside and another 50m outside and is great. We decided to include it once per week, with the aim of keep ourselves motivated and also to work harder than in the 25m one.
To mention, the Erlangen’s swimming club of girls around 15-16 years was training in the lane of our right and they were impressive fast, passing as like bullets. Respect!
Moreover, on Fridays we are investing time in one full session of technique, something important that we use to forget, as I typed in the  post of the other day.
