TRAINING 2014: 14 to 20 April

ENG: Hi!

Later than usual, but the trip to HOME was planned to switch off of everything, laptop and social media included.
The trainings were not planned, just doing what I felt like, going to my former pool, my known paths for running and meeting friends to share some sessions. Awesome.

Back in Nuremberg, with my batteries fully recharged, is time to face the second part of the year, with the sport challenges closer. Düren is just in the corner!

Last week, also was a recovery block, not only for the muscles but also for the mind. Thus, the week was not as hard as last ones and I would like to say that it was great to assimilate the trainings, but the fact is that I was eating and drinking like an animal, so im tired, feeling fatter than usual and the worst, with the quads strange overcharged, going up every running session. Weird :s

Anyway, as I said, my mind is ready to train hard again after a great days with family and friends, so show must go on.

SPA: Holas!

Dani Juan
