TRAINING 2014: 28 to 4 May

ENG: Hi!

Tough week done, with mean trainings and feeling so tired because of my movement to a new house, that made me stay during several days packing, painting etc., therefore sleeping less than usual (so thats really low!)
Anyway, I could save the scheduled.

Due to the holidays and visits, we plan to do the long training on Thursday, getting the bank holiday day as an opportunity to push long.

The Swimming was not super, but “done”. When you are tired is not possible to enjoy in the water.

The Bike, with a great roller intervalic training on Tuesday and some days of easy ride, plus the long day on Thursday.

The Running, where I focus a specific training on Monday of hills, quads excentric and a couple of fast transitions. But in general was super low, with not more than 28k, maybe the lowest than last weeks. Im even thinking in go outside now to hunt some kilometers, but im tired and doing house stuff and I prefer to skip today and start tomorrow with renovated fuel.

The Transition of Saturday, was on thursday actually, with a ridiculous fast pace and feeling really bad in some periods of the training, giving my 110% not to lose the group.
Don´t know if it was because it was tough indeed or due to my accumulate tiredness.
The day was planned with 3k swim that we avoid because the pool was closed, 100k bike with 70k on T2 and average of 37k/h and a fast brick to running with 13k with an average of 4’09” the first 7k and 4’24” the remaining 6. I had a really bad time to mantain this pace, but happy to be able to do the training feeling weak since the beginning.

On the other hand, I has started to swim in the Outdoor Pool of the Pegnitz, the Westbad, a 50m length and a beautiful landscape, some jumps and slides to enjoy as well.
Today was the kick off, with wetsuit but still =)
*Ive to highlight that there was people swimming just with the swim trunk.

SPA: Holas!

Feliz Semana!

Un saludo,
Dani Juan
