TRAINING 2014: 26 to 1 June

ENG: Hi!

As you rode, last weekend we were on the Extreme Man of Düren starting the season with a Half IronMan.
Therefore, the training week was focused in Tapering, decreasing volumes of trainings, touching some high intensity paces to keep the muscles awake and trying to rest as much as possible.

Moreover, this type of week is also interesting (or mandatory) for check the materials that you are going to use during the competition: Wetsuit, Trisuit, Bike, Boots, Runners etc.
I’m not going to say again my big mistake of change the position in the bike before the race, 4cm was so much and I was highly affected for this. Noted.

Summary of the week:

Monday: Bike 30′ with 5x(3’hard+2’easy)
Tuesday: Bike 30′ easy + Swim [2.500]
Wednesday: Total Rest
Thursday: Swim [2.000] + Run 6k with [3×1.000/1’30” hard]
Friday: Total Rest
Saturday: Swim 20′ + Bike 45′ +Run 15′
Sunday: Extreme Man Düren 1.9/85/21 – 4h54′
TOTAL: Sw [6.4k] + Bi [140k] + Ru [30k]

Go ahead!

Cheers,
Dani Juan

SPA: Holas!

Seguimos guap@s!

Un saludo,
Dani Juan
