TRAINING 2014: 1 to 7 September

ENG: Hi!

Recovery week after Zell am See to recharge batteries and switch off as much as possible.
Moreover, I’m in holidays at home, so the combination of beach, sun, family and not a plan to follow, it’s priceless.

On Monday and Tuesday I was totally off, just preparing my stuff to come to Spain and also taking a break after the Sunday’s race.
Taking easy the rest of the week, listening my body and doing what I felt like.

Here the summary:
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Run [14k] + Swim [4.000]
Thursday: Run [10,5k] + Swim [4.000]
Friday: Swim [3.500m]
Saturday: Run [13k]
Sunday: Swim [3.500m]
TOTAL: Sw [15k] + Bi [0k] + Ru [38k]
