TRAINING 2014: 13 to 19 October

ENG: Hi!

A weird week with ankle and throat soreness, that didn’t let me train properly.
I was trying not to skip a lot of sessions, but I didn’t feel nice during the week and I rather to recovery properly.

Healthy first 🙂

Not to much to say, let’s see what the new week is bringing!!

Here the summary:
Monday: 30′ Cardio with [15′ row+15′ eliptic treadmill)
Tuesday: Bike [25k] + Swim [2.000m]
Wednesday: 55′ Cardio with (40′ eliptic+15′ row] +  Exos Regeneration Class – 1h
Thursday: Swim [2.500m]
Friday:  –
Saturday: –
Sunday: Run [10k]
TOTAL: Sw [4.5k] + Bi [25k] + Ru [10k] + Exos [1h] + Cardio [1h30′]
