TRAINING 2014: 20 to 26 October

ENG: Hi!

Recovery week after to be with a throat soreness and general body weakness last one.
I tried to take it easy, just trying to come back step by step and paying attention to the ankle, injured (again…) last week.
Therefore, the training were from less to more, in terms of volume and also intensity.

I’m not pushing as much as in the last months though. My body is asking for some rest and I have the idea and do a 10 days of total rest after the Istanbul Marathon. This is to be decided so far, because I don’t know If I will be able to  do! aha

On Wednesday, it was great to test some new products of Adidas for swimming! To try these prototypes and give your feedback, is such a great thing. I really enjoy those testing sessions for the BU’s 🙂

Here the summary:
Monday: Run [7k] – Treadmill
Tuesday: Bike [25k] + Swimming [2.500m]
Wednesday: Eliptic Treadmill [20′] + Treadmill [4k] + Swim [2.000m] – Testing new Adi products =)
Thursday: –
Friday:  Run [10k] + Swim [2.300m]
Saturday: –
Sunday: Run [16k]
TOTAL: Sw [7k] + Bi [25k] + Ru [40k]
