It’s winter time in Europe and the snow is eventually covering Bayern.
The landscapes looks gorgeous and train in that conditions is priceless, inspiring and motivating.
I did the last part of the first block of Build I, so it was the peak in terms of volume.
Next one (or to be more accurate, now) I’m in recovering week, trying to assimilate all the training and recover from some soreness of the training.
My sensations are good, except of this different aches in the right toe and also the inflammation in the back tendons of the knee, I’m building a good base for the season and my body is starting to feel better in any single session. I also feel lighter, that is quite important to reduce injuries.
