TRAINING 2015: 23 to 1 March

ENG: Hi!

Saying goodbye to February and embracing March with the best of the smiles, plenty of motivation and ready to make the month count.
This month was really good in terms of training, building the second phase of the base for the year and starting with some intensity training.
My body is handling all the volumes better than expected, with not any single injury (crossing fingers) and less tired that I thought.
I’m training more than last year, longer sessions and much more, and also combining with a better nutrition, avoiding some fried meals and trying to give enough quantity/quality dose to my body. A good example of that is that I’m close to the competition weight but 3 months earlier.
In the speed or intervals sessions, I still feel slow, but it’s more than normal in this phase of the season. I’m confident i will get this extra speed point in the coming months =)

In the weekend, I was in Waidring skiing and switching off, relaxing my mind and body and feeling the powder of the Austrian ski station. It was amazing!

Wednesday: Run [10k] + Bike [20k]
Thursday: Gym [60′] Core+Strenght + Swim [2.000m]
Friday: Bike [20k]+Core [20′] + Run [10k]
Saturday: Skiing
Sunday: Run [14k]
TOTAL: Sw [4k] + Bi [105k] + Ru [44k] +  Gym [60′]
