In this new post of Fasting Training, I’m talking about to the factor Volume, therefore, the time that we spend in the session.
For Beginners, for the first weeks, I would strongly recommend not to go further of 30 to 40 minutes.
Take in consideration that you probably are not used to train at this time and with this special fasting state, so it’s always better to adapt your body step by step.
In the case of the Advanced group, you can reach 40 to 60′, thus is not a totally new boost for you.
When you have a good base, your adaptations to training are quicker, so with some prevention guidelines you will be able to adapt fast!
