Food and Fit: Breakfast shake


To inaugurate this section I have picked one of the smoothies that I like more: The Banana+Cherry shake
As you will see through the text, we have a healthy, super quick, easy and tasty beverage to start your day with energy.


  1. 1 Banana
  2. 10 Cherries (frozen to avoid the stones)
  3. 150 ml milk (I use lactose free)
  4. 200 ml water
  5. 1 spoon of Chia Seeds


  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender
  2. Blend until you’ve all the ingredients perfectly mixed
  3. Serve it in a glass (pick your favorite, please!)
  4. Add on the top the Chia Seeds
  5. Decorate with imagination
Add everything to the Blender
Turn it on
Serve it
Topping with the Chia Seeds
Enjoy your Shake!
