TRAINING 2015: 17 to 23 August

Hi folks,

As I was explaining during the last posts, I’m facing an unknown + uncomfortable soreness in my chest. Therefore, I’m just trying to move my ass slightly to satisfy my mind and be in peace.

Briefer than usual, here the sum up:

Monday: Bike [30k] – roller
Tuesday: Bike [20k] – roller
Wednesday: Crosstrainer [6k]
Thursday: –
Friday: –
Saturday: Bike [80k]
Sunday: Bike [50k]
TOTAL: Sw [0k] + Bi [180k] + Ru [6k]
