Sunday Sights: More than running

Hi guys,
Yesterday I was fighting with the ice during my traditional Sunday running.strava
It was dangerous during the downhills but funny though. It’s also quite beneficial for your tendons and ligaments (if you don’t broken them, though) an unsteady terrain, due to the adaptations. Try to vary your practices in different types of terrains, it’s such a good training.

So yesterday the routine was 10k running medium to high pace + 15′ HIIT workout + 2k running out of gas.

And to feed your eyes, here my sights and the workout itself.
