This week was about 24k, and it was tough already.
Feeling tired in the first session, good in the main one and weirdly great in the last one.
The splits, were similar to the last week, but I slightly changed the routine:
- First session I did on the treadmill – It was cold outside
- Second session hit through the forest – feeling consistent
- Third session on a smoothie path surrounding the track&field – enjoying and having a good stride too
